23 weeks

I saw the dr today, and I have gained the correct amt of weight, well so far.  I never gained that much with R.  I am still right on track and doing fine.  I have to do my glucose test in a month.  I can drink a 16 oz caffeine free soda.  I think I will do that. We don’t buy sodas and do other stuff, so for the most part we make healthy eating choices.  I don’t look forward to it, but at least I have the choice of what to drink.

Turn on the radio and sway to the music. With her sense of movement well developed by now, your baby can feel you dance. And now that she’s more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango), you may be able to see her squirm underneath your clothes. Blood vessels in her lungs are developing to prepare for breathing, and the sounds that your baby’s increasingly keen ears pick up are preparing her for entry into the outside world. Loud noises that become familiar now — such as your dog barking or the roar of the vacuum cleaner — probably won’t faze her when she hears them outside the womb.  Taken from babycenter.

I have wanted more dairy lately, so I eat it.  Not regular cow’s milk we don’t buy that stuff.  Only the almond milk.

My bump has gotten bigger and sometimes gets it the way.  I don’t like that part.  She is active in the morning more and later at night.  Very feisty, she has kicked the same some spot that it has gotten a bit sore.  R still kisses, rubs and talks to her daily.  Often at the top of her lungs.

Due to the cooler weather today.  I got to wear my winter boots, a sweater and leggings.  I love my boots, and they are so comfy.
